In my experience, a psychological evaluation adds remarkable value to an immigration case. Is this immigration evaluation report accepted by USCIS?

Yes. Our therapists have extensive experience writing immigration evaluation letters that have been accepted by USCIS and courts adjudicating immigration cases. It's important to note that only licensed professionals can legally administer the assessments and write the letters. While we cannot guarantee that USCIS or the court will side in your favor, we will provide them with our unbiased opinion of the results of the assessment and the impact to you should your petition be denied.

What is the cost of the evaluation and report?

We offer one price for the evaluation and report--the cost is $650. This includes one up to 90-minute assessment with a licensed therapist and writing the report for the court. If you need the evaluation expedited, there may be an additional fee of $150. This is for situations where a same day evaluation and expedited report are required.

How long will it take to schedule the immigration evaluation?

Once you are ready to get started, we will ask you to fill out some client paperwork and schedule an appointment for the therapists to conduct the assessment.

How long will it take to get my report?

Reports are completed within 3 business days, but can be expedited for delivery within 48 hours for an added fee of $150.
